I had my consultation at Helvetic Clinic in Budapest on the 12th of January, and my first impression was excellent. The clinic is modern, very professional, and spotlessly clean.The receptionist, Anna Horvath, was extremely welcoming and professional. After my consultation, my treatment plan was clearly explained by Andris, the patient coordinator, who was super friendly, patient, and very helpful.I required a full mouth restoration and chose All-on-4 implants. The surgery, including teeth removal, sinus lift, and implant placement, was performed by Dr. Csanad Barka. The entire procedure was completely painless—I couldn’t feel anything at all. Dr. Barka was highly professional, informative, and friendly, which made the whole experience stress-free.I returned to the UK two weeks ago and am now in my five-month healing period. I’m very happy with my decision and can’t wait to return in the summer for my permanent teeth.Thank you very much to the whole Helvetic Team. You guys are outstanding. See you in the summer!
Initially thinking of traveling overseas to attend to dental work seems daunting but we couldn’t get a dentist in France so had no choice but to look further afield. As as soon as you start communicating with the clinic, you realize it’s a well run operation. This is not a dodgy, back street dentist and you are on very safe hands.It is impressive with their own hotel, the most high tech equipment and very competent staff who definitely care. I’ve been twice now and stayed at the hotel (revay 12) on both occasions for an implant. I have to say, I’m delighted at how my teeth look now and I’m smiling with confidence once again, hooray! What sets Helvetic clinic apart from other dentists is their professionalism and attention to detail.In particular, I would like to thank the guy who does the impressions for his patience with me an the girl from the lab who kindly made adjustments for me. Sorry I didn’t take note of their names. There is no need to sit and delay having dental work. With short wait times, a much lower price and better quality dentistry…it’s a no brainer. Plus Budapest is beautiful and worth visiting. I wholeheartedly recommend Helvetic Clinic and wouldn’t hesitate to continue to use them going forward.
I flew 15 hours from Florida to Budapest for dental work but when I arrived, it was determined that the quote i was provided and based my trip off off was incomplete and did not include my most urgent issue. This was never brought to my attention ahead of the trip. The amount doubled. A classic bait and switch scam. Prior to booking, I sent my CT scan and detailed plan from a local surgeon so there is no reason that I should have been provided an incomplete quote OR they could have clearly specified that the teeth at issue were not included in my quote. I also requested anesthesia and it was discussed and confirmed prior to my trip. At my appointment, they had no knowledge of this and tried to talk me out of it only to call me days later to say it had in fact been arranged and scheduled when I originally booked my appointment.The incompetence was frightening and I could not go through with this company.
I have just returned home from Budapest and completed dental treatment with Helvetic clinics. All services, treatments and procedures went according to plan and were carried out professionally, skilfully and with total care. All members of staff at the clinic were helpful, friendly and genuinely cared for my wellbeing. I am totally satisfied with my treatment and plan to go back in a years time for a check up. It will be so nice to see them all again. I am so glad I chose Helvetic clinic for my treatment and I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone seeking treatment abroad.

I have just completed my 3rd Visit. I'm having 5 Implants and a Crown. I also had Sinus uplift. All the work was done with care and skill. The equipment used is very impressive and state of the Art technology. The Staff are absolutely fantastic. A big Thanks to Martha for looking after me and my wife all the way through our last treatment. She is an absolute credit to the Clinic as she explained everything prior to what to expect and appreciated the straight and honest brief before any surgery. Thankyou Martha.
They tried to sell things I didn't need. I asked for a minimalistic treatment, and they pushed hard for the exact opposite, loads of things I simply did not need. They would not listen to what I wanted. Very profit-driven. I also went for a cleaning, which was fine. They are technically fine, and efficient with foreigners who need everything in a day or two, but I was glad to get a second opinion and I went elsewhere.
