Just returned to UK following my second visit to the clinic. Wow! The service here is incredible. Firstly you go to reception where you are greeted with any one of the smiling, friendly, very helpful receptionists (most of whom seem to speak at least three different languages, if not more). Then I met my awesome coordinator Leo, excellent at explaining all the options available (if he wasn't around one of the others would easily step in to answer any enquiries). I had a very thorough deep clean from the very helpful Barbara Bama, brilliant. Then after I accepted my treatment plan I had surgery with the superb Dr Bendes Balazs, all very efficient and the recovery went exactly as described, all painkillers, anti infection meds and mouthwash provided. My second visit we started the actual dental restoration work performed by another legend in the form of Dr Ostepenko, and her excellent assistant. Again, so helpful, everything explained, very professional. Nothing ever seems to much and all enquiries dealt with swiftly. Everyone here is very friendly and charming. Highly recommended if you're in the UK (I could NEVER! afford the work I've had done in the UK), particularly not to this standard. Also, you get to visit Budapest, beautiful, friendly city English very widely spoken.
The company is reliable, with a high level of proficiency. They help you find the best option, while being flexible and cooperative. The doctors' and other collegues' cooperation is excellent. The environment is calming, and always clean. I would recommend it to everyone wholeheartedly.
Great rep provided information and accompaniment. The clinic has a driver that take you from and to the airport. First night provided at hotel. Subsequent nights were easy to find. I needed to travel 3 times Every person at the clinic from perio, hygienist, dentists etc were kind and gentle and the work done was super efficient. I highly recommend Helvetika for all your dental issues. Finally im smiling happily.

Everything about the service is excellent. From the moment you arrive at the airport through to your departure the service is first class. I have not been able to find anywhere in the UK that offers the service at such great value for money.

They always take the time to listen to any concerns and explain everything clearly, which makes every visit feel very comfortable and reassuring.Appointments are well organized and I’ve never experienced delays, which I really appreciate.
