Honestly I was nervous going to a different country but the treatment in Helvetic clinic was outstanding. The care, attention and kindness I received for what I needed was stupendous. Why I say this? The specialist detail and openness to treatment created calm and trust in what I was to experience.I had several extractions and implants and the surgeon was fantastic. He made me feel like I was worth it and the care was exceptional along with such high standards of cleanliness. Thank you all so much for all you outstanding care and specialism but I have to say the implant surgeon was outstanding. He was kind, gentle and soooo keen to make me feel there was hope with what felt dismal. I am not nervous of my next visit as I have confidence and trust in the team. I will stay in the hotel because I felt safe knowing you were all available to me. Thank you Brid
Just back from the Helvetic Clinic in Budapest after some Excellent Dental Work carried out by there professionals team and staff, they take care of everything from your flight travel ,accommodation pick up drop off depending on your package with them. I decided to kill two birds with one stone and have a few of days holiday at Lake Balaton which worked out great during my work at the Clinic ,a big thank you to Dr Vinis Zoltan, Eszter, and Magdalena and all the staff at Helvetic
I have done a large amount of research before coming to Helvetic Clinics Budapest however being here doesn’t compare at all with what you’ll expect.I am on a journey to restore my whole mouth so I am in need of several implants , feelings , scans , root canals , a lot of work basically , half of the work is already done and I can confirm that all the 5 stars reviews are true because everybody that works at this clinic will always take the time to make you feel comfortable even tho you are at “THE DENTIST”It’s the small details that they are taking care of that makes this clinic special.Dental phobia it’s a major player for a lot of people , yet here I have always spoke to my lead doctor A. Kunszt , which is an absolute hero for me , like a friend not like a dentist.Somehow she and all the people that worked to make me smile again managed to make me feel good about coming to “THE DENTIST” not terrified.You always get these cool sunglasses when they work and one day I forgot my own glasses there , Erwin phoned me in like 2 minutes after I got out of the clinic to return them.A very important mention it’s that they are always correct when it comes to money , even tho a procedure might lead to another you are paying for what has been done not for what was supposed to be done , their well thought sistem showing you everything you need to know.Everyone is very polite and respectful in addition they make the effort to speak multiple languages so you’d feel welcome even tho you don’t speak Hungarian or English.Things like these makes someone wanna come back or start a dental plan with them.Also Budapest has a lot to offer , great food , the city itself it’s very nice , plenty of activities , amazing nightlife , which for me at least made the experience even better.Overall I just want to say that if you decide to come here , this might be the best decision regarding your dental and travel plans.
As a cautious person the thought of travelling abroad for dental work was daunting with all the horror stories in the media .This place makes the uk seem 3rd world.Totally thorough,professional and welcoming from start to finish,I would not hesitate to recommend ,they are specialists in their field .I had numerous implants and crowns which I could not have afforded in the uk. I give the highest recommendation to Helvitic Clinics and especially to Dr Alexandra who carried out a difficult root canal treatment on an infected gum with such expertise and patient care. I hope to be able to use the Clinic now for all my dental care.
Went to Helvetic Clinics in Budapest September 2020, and in March 2021 to complete work which involved caps and several root canals of upper teeth; work which Helvetic had guaranteed.Since then, I have had to go back to Hungary several times as several teeth were lost, including unsuccessful root canals. At least one implant they performed to replace the lost teeth is deemed problematic, with infection and possible fracture suspected. Canadian specialists have also referred me to hospital concerning the sinus lift, bone graft which Helvetic also performed.My last visit to Helvetic Clinics (they are only 1 clinic and located in Budapest and are in no way related to Switzerland) was in November 2023. I was treated with disdain and was insulted by some of the Helvetic personnel including reception. I suspect because I represented bad publicity for them.Today is February 2, 2025 and I have decided to publish my experience with Helvetic Clinics.I must say during my last visit to Helvetic Clinics and due to the way I was treated, I was afraid for my safety.I am willing to testify to the health authorities in the UK and France about my experience with this clinic.I will be writing the Helvetic Clinic for reimbursement of dental fees paid.
The highest level of service I have ever seen in dentistry. I live in London, I have veneers done in Ukraine 10 years ago and I am very pleased. But my tooth started to hurt and I went to a dentist in London, she couldn’t figure out which tooth and said that if I want to treat it, in England they don’t have veneers as white as mine. With this, I decided to look for a dentist abroad and I am very pleased that I found this clinic, everything is very professional, they meet you at the airport and take you back, they provide a free, wonderful hotel with breakfast, which is located in the same building where the dentistry is located. You will always have your own assistant who will help you with everything, I had Stephan, he’s great! My teeth were treated by Daria, a Russian-speaking dentist, a highly professional person. Thank you
These people are predators and we are the prey, Not professionalsI was last there in 2022,hoping to get a refund being as I paid well over£17.000 euros, including four visits and hotel feesThe dentist mr Barka screwed in the upper bridge straight into my upper pallet on top of the inplants causing me pain and discomfort, No post were fitted the top bridge is to big and the bottom bridge to small does not suit my mouth,no posts were fitted at the bottom only screwed straight in the inplants,I Also had bone graph which has fallen out,I am now going to Harley street clinic And they were not impressed ,They told me the reason I’m in discomfort is because they did not use post in between the inplants and bridge I have now got to pay many thousands more. I am very dissatisfied with Helvetic clinic Do yourselves a favour and stay in your own country You probably got more chance of getting a refund.I have been emailing them for over a year taken me to end of November 2023
