Absolutely been loving my experience with Skin Cupid so far! I've ordered multiple times and also recently started getting the monthly subscription box - there's nothing else like it in the UK that does such good quality Korean skincare products that show up at your door every month! Also the website prices are great in comparison to some other sites.
This was the first time I purchased something from Skin Cupid and I was very happy. The delivery was fast, I was informed about the status of my order and the products are amazing. Will be coming back.
I visited to buy some skincare and was really impressed by their collection. I found the products I personally use, along with other appealing items that I ended up purchasing. I would rate it 5 stars, but it was quite crowded and filled with tourists.

The delivery was prompt and straightforward, and the variety of products available is impressive. I will certainly be ordering from here again and will recommend it to friends and family.
Regrettably, I must share this warning: it appears that the "No EU Customs For Orders Under €140" policy is ineffective. My package is stuck in customs, and I'm unable to clear it (due to free shipping or an incorrect invoice for the system), so it will likely be returned. This means no package, no refund, just another lesson learned.
I'm very disappointed with my experience. I attempted to exchange an item I purchased, not for a refund, just for a different product, and the company declined based on a 'final sale policy.' The issue is that this policy was not visible on their website at the time of my purchase. The only return policy stated that items could be returned/exchanged within 14 days, with no exclusions. Only after my order was completed did they mention the final sale in the confirmation email. This is quite misleading. According to consumer law, return restrictions must be clear before purchase. When I contacted support, they insisted that returns are only for faulty items, ignoring their own stated return policy. Overall, the experience felt deceptive, and the customer service did not take responsibility for the unclear information provided. I can't recommend a company that doesn't uphold its own policies or provide clear information at checkout.
