Not worth my money!
I bought few parts for Trident 660 2025 model.
1. The rear luggguage carrier: In the instructions they want to drill the bikes rear panel to fit the rear tube. Why would anyone drill their brand new bike to fit the lugguage carrier.
2. Tank bag legacy: Super cheap quality, zips don't work good - not worth the money at all.
Returning the products is such a complicated process and the customer service doesn't bother speaking with you or taking feedback - such a typical German company.
German products are not the same anymore.

Purchased the offset bar risers for my Royal Enfield Bear 650 and the front brake hose extension. Super quality parts, couldn't be happier. The service was also fantastic with excellent communication and spot on delivery.
I bought the small royster panniers and the c-bow mountings for my Triumph Speed Triple 1200RR. I was planning on a week tour down to Dijon, these panniers looked good on the bike and although small had enough capacity for my hotel based tour for the week. They went on fine and looked good but I had to put the original tail piece back on my bike as they didn't fit on with my smaller tail tidy on. No problem though. I weighed my kit, made sure it was well under the 5kg limit and distributed it evenly between panniers. Four days into the tour and while getting fuel I noticed that one of the bolts had, I thought, fallen out. I took the pannier off and my friend carried it on his bike and I just cable tied the mounting bracket up so it didn't swing about. However when I inspected it more closely at the hotel the bolts had actually sheared off in the sub frame. I carried on the tour with my friend carrying my pannier. I got home and tried to take the other mounting bracket off and those bolts were seriously bent. I hadn't overloaded them, they'd been fitted as per the letter of the instructions and still two bolts had snapped and the other two had bent in situ. A seriously dangerous situation if the bolts had failed on the motorway it could have caused a serious accident. I received a refund but I still have two sheared off bolts stuck in my sub frame. Seriously poor quality which I did not expect from a company like this and at this price point. I suggest people stay well clear of these c-bow mountings they are dangerously poor quality
Product looks fine, but holes where not in position in one of the crash bars.The hole in crash guard is not alligning with the hole on bike so i needed to drill to make hole wider.Or else i can't fix the screw.Tried contacting customer care but no response
This German company have severely let down their UK distributor and me. I bought a top box (Xceed) and rack at the beginning of June. The first purchase was failed by their website failing to get authorisation from my bank. The second attempt went through but despite promising delivery in 10-12 days, to date nothing has arrived in the UK and they are still saying another 2 weeks so reaching 6 weeks from paying to possible delivery. Their UK distributor has apologised but no apology or gestures of good will from the German company. I hope the equipment is at least worth waiting for but trust and expectations are falling
