Poor quality product causing issues

This product led to severe acid reflux. Upon researching, I found it often contains high levels of magnesium oxide, which isn't mentioned on the label. This ingredient can reduce stomach acid, which is crucial for digestion. I regret purchasing this large quantity, as it’s too late to return them. After discontinuing use, my reflux improved significantly. It’s frustrating to be misled by supplement manufacturers.
