The Clinic at Hermest was an amazing experience. From the first touch point to flying back to Canada, they were great. I felt very confident in the procedures and planning of everything. They went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and everything was clear. Highly recommend! Only 3 weeks post procedure but great results so far!
I travelled from Australia to Turkey to do a hair transplant with Hermest Clinic. The team was kind, courteous, and helpful throughout my visit, and the clinic facilities appeared clean and professional. When I ultimately decided not to proceed with the surgery, they handled it very respectfully and even arranged transport, which I appreciated.However, I would strongly recommend that future patients speak directly with the doctor before travelling. In my case, most communication was through the coordinator, who was helpful but not a medical professional. When I arrived, I discovered that the doctor did not speak English, so our conversation required translation ' making it difficult to discuss the procedure, risks (it is a surgery), aftercare etc. The doctor did mention that the success rates posted on the website do not reflect all cases (the rate drops significantly depending on where the transplant is).I also asked to see the doctor’s medical certificate and proof of membership in the international hair-restoration association mentioned on the website, but was told these were private and will not be shared (that was a surprise- doctors usually proudly display their credentials on their wall)Additionally, post-treatment follow-up is conducted via WhatsApp with the coordinator, rather than directly with the doctor (so if there are any complications- you might be left with no medical care)The coordinator also advised me beforehand that there was no difference in results between a shaved and non-shaved procedure. Once I arrived and spoke with the doctor, I learned that there is a difference — particularly in how effectively the washing can be done afterwards, which can influence success rates. This information would have been important to know before booking, because I chose the non-shaved procedure.I got the feeling that once you're in the system, they try to move you in and out very quickly.Overall, Hermest has a friendly team, but I recommend that international patients confirm direct communication with the doctor and request full transparency around credentials and aftercare before committing to surgery.
I had a hait transplant done in begining of October.3400 graphs so quite big.All went perfectly, I'm now recovering but i'm vert satisfied with the service. The after surgery is done super well. If I ever do another procedure, it will definitely be with Hermest. I am not saying this for any reason but to assure prospect clients that they are using the right company. My experience has been great by all means. I honestly can tell you, this is the most professional company I’ve dealt with. Everything was done according to plans. I could say so many good things about them, but I’ll try to summarize my experience briefly.First, I got in touch with Aysenur Karaman, who answered all my questions with patience and provided me with clear, detailed information. She helped me with everything she could, and her professionalism really stood out. After our discussions, I scheduled my hair transplant for the end of September and flew from Hungary.Upon arrival, a transfer (a 7-seater Mercedes) was already waiting just for me and took me directly to the hotel. The clinic arranged the hotel as well, and it was perfect—comfortable and fully met all my needs.The next day, the transfer picked me up and took me to the clinic. I was warmly welcomed and guided inside, where I met Alph, the translator who stayed with me throughout the entire process. He explained everything clearly and was incredibly kind and calm—his presence really helped me relax before the procedure.The operation went exactly as they had described, and afterward, they even offered me dinner before taking me back to the hotel. The following day, I returned for a check-up, and once that was done, the transfer took me to the airport for my flight home.Now, 14 days later, everything has gone just as they said it would, and I’m completely satisfied with the results.Once again, I would like to thank all the staff at Hermest Clinic for their excellent service and professionalism. I truly recommend them to anyone considering a hair transplant.
After a lot of research I decided on the Hermest clinic because of the very high patient satisfaction.The operation is now about two weeks ago and so far I am very satisfied, it was a smooth experience from the start.It begins with correspondence via WhatsApp for your assessment, to set up the appointment and any questions you might have. The responses by Elif were always swift and helpful, extra wishes like an extra night at the hotel were also no problem.At the clinic there is always your translator to answer all your questions.Before the operation, my surgeon and the clinic chief, Dr Murat, took time and care to plot my future hairline. A natural looking result is their priority, and after two weeks I see the great work by my surgeon.The operation itself takes several hours, everything that will happen is explained to you and they make it as comfortable as possible. I even fell asleep during the procedure.The next day you will be instructed how to wash your hair and what to look for.Currently, I am in aftercare and it will still be many months until you can see real results. But the aftercare (with Alp via WhatsApp) is excellent. Every question is answered and you are well taken care of.In short, I can only recommend the Hermest clinic.
I’ve had two procedures with Hermest, and both experiences were first class. Every step of the entire process was managed perfectly and they made the entire process easier than I could imagine. From the communication before the surgery, the transportation to and from the airport and hotel, and the procedure itself, I couldn’t be more satisfied. I had two procedures done exactly one year apart. The first was for my crown area and the second was for the hairline and mid scalp. Both times I had the same familiar faces working with me and I knew I was in good hands. Hermest only does a 4-5 procedures a day and is not a “hair mill” like some other clinics in Turkey. If you choose them for your hair transplant, you will have a great experience.
