I`m currently 2 month post-op. All the organizational matters went quickly and smoothly. After the surgery, follow-up questions to the consultant were handled quickly and useful tips were provided. Everything has been to my fullest satisfaction so far

From the first contact to the aftercare everything was well organized: fast communication, professional support, and a very friendly team. During the procedure I felt well taken care of at all times.Even though I am still early in the healing process, the results already look very promising. I especially appreciate the detailed explanations and aftercare instructions, which give me a lot of confidence.Overall, a clear recommendation for anyone considering a hair transplant.
Overall, I am very satisfied so far (10 days after the procedure) with the planning, process, and healing. The pain from the local anesthesia was, however, stronger than expected, and I might consider an alternative in this regard. The procedure lasted 4.5 hours. The recommended sleeping position afterwards is certainly optimal, though it was a challenge for me to follow. The care was very good and extremely professional. The hotel was also okay, although there are certainly better options out there

From the start it was a very good experience, they were very professional, calm and they answered to all my questions. After that the transport and the hotel were also great. At the clinic i was always with the translator, he helped me to understand everything that was happening at every step, as for the operation team, they worked smoothly, felt nothing in matters of pain, and it worked out to be really great. Overall, it's nothing that i can say that was not ok or bad, if i were to do that all over again, i would surely choose them again.
Everything about my experience here was great. From the moment I landed, it was seamless. I had directions ahead of time (including a video), the transportation was comfortable, the hotel was nice, and the procedure went really smoothly.What really stood out was having someone with me the whole time. Aysegul was my coordinator and she was wonderful. She was easy to talk to, explained everything really well, and just made the whole process more comfortable.If I could suggest one thing, it would be to add some music in the rooms. I think most people would prefer listening to something over sitting in silence - that is, of course, if it would not be too distracting.Overall, as an American who had never been to Turkey and didn’t know what to expect I am very happy with the whole experience and would definitely recommend them!!
