During a recent conversation with a representative named Gizem, I engaged in a receptive and somewhat professional discussion. Gizem requested a picture of my hair without specifying the required condition of the cut. Consequently, I forwarded her my most recent photos, which depicted my hair in a faded style, commonly known as a side fade haircut. This style involves trimming the donor area of the hair.In response, Gizem conveyed the following message: "I have just consulted our doctor regarding your analysis. He has informed me that due to the weakness of the hair in your donor area and the substantial size of your problem area, regrettably, your donor area is not suitable for hair transplantation. Proceeding with a hair transplant under these circumstances would lead to damage in your donor area." When I consulted other clinics about Gizem's statement, they expressed confusion, as there seemed to be no valid reason for such a claim. The only issue at hand was that I had a faded hairstyle, which is a typical men's cut and would naturally grow back very quickly.From that point onward, Gizem's communication and professionalism began to deteriorate. Upon sending her my photos, her attitude and responses noticeably changed. Even after explaining that it would have been more appropriate for her to suggest letting my hair grow to a specified length before taking photographs to assess the suitability of my hair accurately, she disregarded my statement. Gizem did not acknowledge the suggestion or respond with a request for updated phots, it became evident that they were uninterested in providing any further assistance.Moreover, once I shared images of my head with the agent, she seemingly realized that I was of black or mixed African descent. Subsequently, her attitude and responses underwent a dramatic shift. Based on my experience, I would caution individuals of black or mixed African descent to avoid engaging with this establishment. It appears that their discriminatory tendencies might extend beyond racial biases and that they may not be genuinely committed to providing their services to all individuals. Through this interaction, I have gained valuable insights and will never offer my support to this business.
