It is now exactly six months since the procedure.I am delighted with the result.I was in Istanbul for three days on 4 Dezembre. The transfer, the hotel, the personal care during my stay, the timing and the information about the procedure were perfect.My previous fears and concerns were quickly dispelled by the professional team. As announced, a mega result has now been achieved after 6 months. Even now there is support with regular exchanges.I can unreservedly recommend the procedure, even considering the costs (which are more than justified). Even the increase in grafts from 3500 to 5000 (due to good hair substance) was not charged additionally. I rate the Hermest organisation and its team 1 plus!
Was able to talk through WhatsApp before hand to get all the details i needed, in regards to hotels, hospitals and also the ins and outs. For a small fee, I was also able to bring my partner along, which I thought was a good touch.Day of the procedure I was amazed by how on the ball all the staff were, any questions were answered, and all knowledge was impeccable. I had my procedure just over 9 months ago now, and the company are still in contact through WhatsApp, for any questions and queries I might have. I will say that I was very nervous about going abroad for the procedure, but Hermest made the whole experience fantastic. Thank you!
I did not have a transplant, yet. But my experience regarding the contact with hermest troughout the last weeks has been more than trustworth, warm hearted and professional:Hermest really sees to that the patient will have a great and lasting result!That is why they ask for extensive bloodworks beforehand (for women).In my case, with my current mineral/hormon/vitamin status a transplant is not advisable : (I am sure there are countless clinics who would happily take me non the less (and would not have asked for any blood works in the first place).Hatice, the lady who assisted me during the last weeks: warmly swiftly and very professionally available. For all questions. She REALLY TAKES CARE in a way one rarely encounters.

I still received very commitment supportive from Ms. Yagmur to be able do the right treatment to my hair after transplanted to have the better results. EDIT 2/FINAL UPDATE: Providing a final update that indeed, while it took time the final result was quite satisfactory. I believe there has been some misunderstanding / miscommunication initially, which resulted in the initial negative review. After some more months, the results are clear and visible. Also, big thanks to the support team (and especially Ilknur). With this, I’ll update my final review score to 5 stars.———————————————————EDIT: Have to be fair and mention that the clinic has been in close contact since I posted the below feedback. They were very supportive and suggested some help, including a corrective treatment if I want (thanks Ilnur!). Also, it appears to me that the overall density has improved a bit, although the result is still far from what I expected. I will keep monitoring the progress and post another Edit in a few weeks/months.———————————————————Terrible experience. It has been seven months for me already, and it got only worse since. Not only I don’t see any results from the procedure, but also started losing my native hair at a much faster pace (almost at once). This was clearly caused by the procedure itself (or maybe the supplements they push on you after the HT). During the procedure one of the assistants damaged my scalp, and they had to increase the IV fluid to make me sleep (those are the areas where the current loss happened). No support, no explanation - they said I signed a paper saying this was a possibility (you have no choice but to sign, and the clause there is very generic, saying hair loss may continue. I mean, we all know in continues for the rest of our lives, but it doesn’t mean you’ll lose much more a few months later).Just stay away from this place, don’t take the positive reviews for granted. You cannot know whether those are genuine and don’t come from fake profiles. Try to find a proper clinic, even if you have to pay slightly more. It’ll definitely be worth it, it’s about your health in the end.
