I had a very smooth experince at Hermest. I didnt have to worry about any transfers, wich would have been a big struggle. Ayse was my translator, and she is a very nice and cheerfull person, who guided me through every step during my stay. This way I knew well what was going on. All the personel was kind and true professionals!
Hermest took exceptional care of me through the hair transplant process, which is daunting for someone going through it for the first time! They had clear communications remotely in the planning and build up to the treatment through Altay. The arrangements in Istanbul were highly satisfactory. On the treatment day, I was glad to be ably supported through the day by Aysegul, who took care of my every need. The doctors completed the transplant with care, and I am thankful to Asli, Nergis and Nilufer. I am now being ably supported by Yagmur for post recovery and care. Thank you, Team Hermest!
I had 3400 grafts transplanted 1 year ago and am super happy with the result. All my questions before, during and post have been prefessionaly answered within 24h. The staff are fluent in German, English, etc. There are monthly checks on progress and support in case needed. I recommend Hermest to anyone considering a hair transplant.
