Great experience at Hermest. Very clean clinic, great staff and plenty of contact both before and after the operation. Alp and Elif were my contacts and Ayse acted as my translator at the clinic. Very satisfied so far, excited to see the end results.
I received a hair transplant in December 2025 and chose Hermest as my clinic.A couple of things:1) VERY professional staff. From the beginning when I was working with Işil who provided me with the initial quotes, follow ups and reservations. They seem competent, professional, clean. They have an interpreter for your specific language that will guide you through the process while you’re at the clinic. My interpreter’s name was Mehmet, who again explained the process in detail. It makes it that much easier when you know exactly what’s coming for the procedure. With your package you stay at a very nice 4* Hotel. They pick you up from the airport as well as drop you off. The clinic where the procedure is completed is called Opal Clinic. It is a 5* private clinic in my opinion. Very clean, and luxurious. You kind of feel high-dollar just walking in. If you’re from the US, Turkey’s healthcare compared to US is wild. Turkey is at another level for these procedure, both quality and price wise.2) The Pre-Procedure: The doctor will check in with you and discuss your hairline. I really loved that they care about a natural look vs just drawing a hairline like they’re Picasso. They really take care of making sure your hair looks as natural as possible. They take a good look at your donor area to make sure not to over harvest.3) The Procedure: While painful initially for the anesthesia, once it kicks in, you barely feel anything. From that moment on it’s just about making sure to stay calm and not get cramps from sitting/laying down too long.4) Recovery: The recovery is not comfortable, period. For the first 10 days, expect to not sleep much. I’m on day 14 now and feel much better.5) The After-Care Recovery: So Hermest REALLY wants to make sure you’re taken care of after you return home. They will reach out to you on day 5, day 10, 1 month, 2 months …all the way to 12 months. They will ask for pictures of your head and continue to give proper care guidance and recommendations. I was very surprised by how punctual they are with their follow-up. They’re also very kind in providing you advice. My specific person was an individual named “Alp” who again, was very kind, professional, and most importantly helpful/knowledgable. Not sure how your specific situation will fare, but I’ve met most their staff, and I think they’re all like Alp.6) Final Note: I HAVE NOT seen the results yet. I understand it take between 12-18 months to see full results, but so far it has been a great experience and I see the baby hairs starting to grow out. I may return after 12 months to Update the review with some pictures as well.
Overall, we like the service. The staffs are friendly and professional. They have good follow-up service after the operation. They also have the translator for me to understand what they are doing. However, there are few things that I want them to improve. 1. They want them to provide a better hotel because the hotel we stay was kind of old.2. I want them to have the doctor to get involved more. Honestly, I don’t even make sure whether the doctor participates the operation.Besides that, I like that clinic and I will suggest my friend to use their hair translate service if they need it.
Everything was great and exceeded my expectations. The organization was very good, in fact every single thing worked without delays or problems. I got picked up on time, was always informed about the next steps and therefore felt very safe. The transplant process again went smoothly. The surgeon and the team were very helpful and honest regarding the operation, the procedure and the outcome. Above everything they were very professional, very helpful, polite and nice people to be around. The clinic is small, which I prefer. I’m now 13 days post surgery, everything went well and it looks promising. The person responsible for the aftercare has been very helpful, nice and pro active. All in all it’s been a very good experience so far. I would wholeheartedly recommend Hermest clinic without any hesitation.
My experience with Hermest has been wonderful! They were responsive, proactive in their communications before I arrived from the US to turkey. They were extremely detail oriented with my flights, transfers and hotel stays. It gave us piece of mind when traveling. When we arrived the transfer to the hotel was smooth. The procedures were exactly as described. They spent a lot of time nailing down the hairline before starting. When they implanted they added a proper zig-zag for variation. After the implantation they had great follow up and guidance when I returned home to the US. I've been healing according to schedule.

While I may not remember everyone’s name who was involved in my care, every member of the team deserves recognition for their professionalism and excellent work.The follow-up care has also been outstanding, with regular check-ins and helpful feedback that I greatly appreciate. Ordering the post-procedure hair care kit once I returned home was equally easy and efficient.I highly recommend this clinic and am grateful for such a positive experience.
