I’m very happy with my experience at this clinic. The staff were professional, reassuring and made me feel relaxed despite being very nervous before the procedure. It’s still early days, but I’m really pleased with the result so far and excited to see the final outcome. The aftercare has also been excellent, with the team always available to support me. Definitely recommend!
I had DHI surgery and Hermest has impressed me plenty. Great staff that communicates and answers any questions you’ll have before, during, or after the entire process which made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. Has been 13 days but so far the transplant appears to be good. Overall a very good experience with amazing staff and communicators.
If you have decided for a hair transplantation, I can highly recommend Hermest! Everything is very professional. Starting with the questions and preparation. Everything perfectly organized with the shuttles from the airport and from the hotel to the clinic and vice versa. The day of the operation was also very professional and with a good feeling. Borcu which was acompanying me during the day very friendly and caring. Next day shuttle from the hotel to the clinic for a hair wash and explaining how to treat and not to treat the hair. Then shuttle to the airport and done. With Yeliz another friendly person, whicht was responsible for the time after the transplantion. I have sent her pictures after 5 and 10 days and she replied immediatley.
First of all, the communication was great at any stage. Very fast responding and always available. The whole organization before the travel and during the stay was really good. I never had the feeling to be lost or forgot somewhere. They had all kinds of different translators so the language barrier was no problem.The only thing I would have liked to be different was the timing of the transplantation. I would have preferred it to start early in the morning and not in the afternoon since the procedure takes several hours. The rest was all very professional and well organized. And the meal right after the transplantation was appreciated;)
