I had a really good experience with Hermes Hair Clinic, especially on the day of the operation and afterwards. The operation day was very well organised, and the team clearly knew what they were doing. They took the time to listen to what I wanted and made me feel comfortable and safe throughout. It never felt rushed or like a production line, and you could tell they genuinely cared about getting the result right.The post op support was honestly one of the best parts of the whole experience. Mr Alp was amazing throughout the recovery process. He was always available, very patient, and took the time to explain everything properly. No matter how many questions I had, he replied quickly and in detail, and always made sure I felt reassured. He kept checking in, explained what was normal and what was not, and guided me through each stage step by step. That level of support made a huge difference and really went above and beyond what I expected.I would definitely recommend Hermes Hair Clinic to anyone thinking about a hair transplant. Big thanks to Mr Alp and to everyone who has taken care of me from the day of the operation right through to now.
This is my second session with Hermest. The first transplant consisted of 4800 grafts and the second consisted of 2200 grafts. Both times the staff was very helpful. They arranged for a 5 star shuttle service and hotel. The cost was a fraction of that in the US. I would highly recommend hermest
I had seriously considered hair transplantation over the past few years and had some concerns. I had heard about Hermest because I knew a few people there, and I chose them because they had achieved good results. I was pleased with their care and support both on the day of the operation and afterwards; I was expecting it. It's been 1.5 months since the operation, and I'm eagerly awaiting the results.
Very poor first time experience! They wasted almost a whole month only to say at the end that I am not eligible for a transplant!I sent them a message through WhatsApp, asked specifically for Dr. Ahmet Murat, and started to get responses from someone name, "Isil." I have a medical condition and was upfront about it. They started to ask me all kind of medical documents/history that no one else asked! This includes: blood glucose reading, ECG, A1C, etc., and were still not satisfied.What was so frustrating for me was that they would not ask for everything all at once! They will ask for one thing then after few days, ask useless repetitive questions, then ask for a totally different documents, goes silent again, and then the whole cycle starts again!Here is the funny part. After a lot of back and forth, I was told that the doctor has approved the procedure. As I finally breathe a sigh of relief, all of a sudden I was told that the doctor still has some more questions. After answering those useless and repetitive questions again, I was then told that the doctor decided not to move forward because of my medical condition! When I asked why was I told a different answer earlier, I just got a lame response that it was a mistake!Good thing I was coordinating with other clinics at the same time and wasn't wasting my time with these people. I ended up going at one of the other clinics and had procedure done without any issue!I will not go back or recommend this clinic to anyone.
