Owen, Jo, Harry and the rest of the staff at Hern and Crabtree are brilliant. They came highly recommended by a neighbour and I’m glad I trusted them with the sale of my house, Owen was so positive about my home and assured me it would sell quickly. The team gave me great advice and were always on hand to offer support and answer my questions. I was going through the process on my own. I felt very reassured. My property looked amazing online and sold really quickly with everything completed within three months. The online platform was easy to use and communication was great. There are not enough words to describe this incredible estate agency. The service, care, compassion, understanding, efficiency, and an incredible willingness to want to help. I had various problems arise along the way of my sale which were nothing to do with Hern and Crabtree yet they still embraced and got involved to work on these issues on my behalf. But it isn't just their work ethic, these people clearly love what they do and are prepared to think outside the box and go that extra mile to assist their clients. A special mention has to go to Daisy, Natalya, Anna and Mitchell but the entire team are just exceptional.
