We would definitely recommend Hern and Crabtree. The team in Llandaff are very friendly and helpful. In particular Denise on reception who is very pleasant, friendly and obliging and I would highly recommend Owen to sell a property he certainly knows the housing market. He is very professional, polite and helpful.
H and C have been professional and helpful throughout the whole of the sale of our property and also in the renting of our temporary home whilst waiting for the completion of our new build. The communication from the company has been excellent throughout and I would say if anyone is wishing to buy or sell a property in Cardiff, it is well worth giving this company the opportunity to conduct sale or purchase.We are extremely happy with the service given.

Excellent service. Down to earth staff. Although the process of selling my house took a year Hern & Crabtree were fab. Any question I had, however trivial, was answered and they even went the extra mile, for example when some scallywags dumped an old mattress and some wood outside my property just before completion date, Ben and Tom had phoned the council to sort out collection. I would recommend this estate agent to everyone.
