I have rented through H&C for the past 2 years and had great service throughout. They have been fab at communicating with us, and requesting our repairs to the landlord. Adele has always replied quickly to my emails and any concerns I have had. I have rented through a few different letting agents throughout the years and Hern & Crabtree Pontcanna branch have been the best by far!
This is for the letting agent. We let out our property with Hern and Crabtree. They were great at finding a tennant, but once in situ they were very slow at responding to requests for work to be carried out. We had repeatedly asked for a quote on a new shed (didn't get one in the end), regrouting work (taken three months and still not been done to property). And for a hole in bathroom ceiling to be repaired (took four plus months of pestering and pestering before it was eventually done). There have been other things that we have asked them to sort for our tenants to make them more comfortable and it just hasn't happened. Just promises of "we will get on this" but then never getting back to us and we need to follow it up. We wanted our property managed as we are teachers and were worried about committing the time needed to manage properties, however we have spent a lot of time and stress chasing things up to no avail. Not had any luck complaining to management either or any indication of improving following previous complaints.
Hern and Crabtree have been amazing this is the 2nd time we have used them and they are so professional, caring and nothing is to much trouble for them Gavin, Anne Marie and Gina take a bow you really do care about your customers and this was a difficult time for us but you made it seamless, we can’t thank you enough, happy Christmas to you all x
I can't fault The Heath office, from start to finish they have been amazing. Outstanding customer service from Gavin and his team who went above and beyond. Equally the support I had from their sales progression manager Gina was faultless. I couldn't have asked for a better experience with an agency. Would 100% recommend them to anyone

Mike from Hern & Crabtree sent useful information in advance of taking the photos of our property. We were pleased that he was flexible enough to accommodate some last minute requests and was polite and professional when he arrived at the agreed time. The quality of the photos he took, along with the virtual tour, were of a very high standard.
