Instructed Hern & Crabtree to market/sell a property for me as l already had experience of their honest approach & management when selling our Family home. Everyone is willing to help & advise at all stages, provided me with trusted Solicitor contacts, photographer arranged swiftly & results sent to me, marketing mock up sent for my approval within 24hrs of photographs being taken. When the team at H&C are ready to advertise the house, I am confident that they will be efficient, keep me informed & secure the best sale available.
All the staff at Hern & Crabtree have been extremely friendly and responded quickly to any questions. We were kept informed of the progress of the sale at every stage. We would particularly like to commend Gina for her diligence in progressing the sale. We would, however, have preferred to have been notified by ‘phone of upcoming viewings, rather than arm’s length email notifications (which we then had to follow up with a call to clarify details). Otherwise we have had a very positive experience and would be happy to recommend H&C as an estate agent.
Had a complicated year of selling the property I owned with my ex-partner (handled by Hern & Crabtree) then looking for a new property. A couple of initial places with other agents fell through, but H&C were great when I got back in touch of knowing my situation/requirements, and making recommendations based on my preferences and what I was looking for. Other agencies in Cardiff seemed more concerned with pushing whatever properties had come up, rather than finding an appropriate match. The process was long and arduous, but H&C genuinely helped support every step of the way.
After trying to sell my property through another well known local agent and it falling through, I swapped over to Hern and Crabtree and was so pleased I did. The quality of the listing and the professionalism of the service was far greater. Feedback was timely and communication was always reliable.
