I had an issue registering my set of boots I just purchased, couldn’t find the serial # and also I had ordered them from Costco.ca and the only option was Costco.com.
After several attempts, I sent an email off and got a fabulous guy named John A. who helped me immensely!
Big shout out to him. He actually took my information and did the registration for me.
He exceeded my expectations! Thank you John A.
I love my new pots… I previously bought the frying pan set & wok , & love them too. My favourite part is the handles and cover handles don’t get hot.
And they heat up quickly and stay hot.
I love cooking. And got tired of paying for ‘terrible’ pans & pots.

Complete set purchase experience

We purchased the entire set. One of the 3 oz pots had a defect with the interior finishing peeling off. The support team handled the situation with professionalism. We received a replacement in the mail that same week. Thank you for your commitment to quality.

Very Impressive!

I had an issue with one of my HexClad pots and honestly didn’t expect a reply on a Sunday. To my surprise, I received a response within minutes fast, polite, and truly helpful. The entire issue was resolved the same day, and by the next morning I was informed that my replacement is already being processed for shipment. Outstanding customer service and care, a rare find these days!
