I thought I would make a point of leaving a review 5 years on. At the start the mattress was great, but as time has has gone by the mattress has not kept its shape. We always rotate the mattress, but both sides now have dips in. We dont weigh much, around 70-75kg.
This has caused me bad back issues.
Be cautious before you invest.

We bought the Hybrid Luxe Mattress Kingsize and two Hydrid pillows. The mattress is very deep, much deeper than our last one. I have to admit it is also way more comfortable and stops those aching hips on a morning (side sleeper). I wouldn't say it stops you feeling your partner moves mind, as it does bounce a bit when he turns over, but I am definitely getting a better night's sleep.

The pillows are an absolute winner! Having tried numerous, they are definitely the best and most comfortable I've ever had!

We previously purchased a Simba Hybrid Pro mattress and have been very happy with it, which is why we returned to Simba to buy two CustomFlex pillows. Unfortunately, the pillows have been a major disappointment.

The two pillows cost a total of £254, which is frankly difficult to justify given their performance. In normal use they feel persistently uneven and lumpy, do not hold their shape, and provide poor neck support, leading to ongoing discomfort. This falls well below reasonable quality expectations for a product at this price point and for a brand positioning itself as premium.

When I contacted customer support, I was told the pillows were outside the 30-day returns window and therefore not eligible for a refund, despite the issue being one of quality rather than a simple change of mind. A replacement was offered, but a refund was refused. Given that the problem appears inherent to the design and materials, a replacement does not resolve the issue.

Simba could improve by taking a more proportionate and customer-centred approach to returns where there are clear quality concerns, particularly for high-value items. While the mattress has been excellent, I would strongly advise others to avoid the pillows, which represent very poor value for money.

Overall an amazing mattress until one side collapsed and now the furniture company and Simba do not want to know. What happened to the 10 year warranty? I’m very frustrated because we paid a small fortune for this bed and it should easily reach 10 years without a defect. Would be very wary of any other purchase again. A valuable lesson here is never buy from a furniture store as you lose your warranty. Can’t understand how it can be different the mind boggles!

Disappointing Experience After Being a Loyal Customer

As a long-time customer with several pillows and a complete King Size bed set, my latest experience has been truly disappointing. My bed is just over a year old, and the drawers underneath have completely fallen apart. Initially, the support team acknowledged the issue and offered four new drawers, but later retracted that offer. Instead, they provided a partial refund and suggested I repair the drawers myself with 'wood glue'. Expecting a customer to fix a premium bed after just a year is utterly absurd. If you want a company that stands by its warranty and values its loyal customers, I recommend looking elsewhere.
