Very poor delivery. Waited almost a month for it to arrive. Tried it once and it does not do what the advertisement says. This is NOT comparable to the Dyson whatsoever.And be forewarned that if you use it once and want to return it, they will not issue a refund but a credit.I FIND THE QUALITY OF THIS PRODUCT EXTREMELY POOR.
Took a long time to get it, considering it says ships in 5-10 business daysI bought 2. One for me and one for my daughter so she didn’t h take over mine. Works as it should. Great curls and powerful drying. Have not tried any other attachments yet. My older daughter has the Dyson one and she said it’s basically the same.
I was sceptical about this product, based on the pricepoint. I appreciated the updates in the shipping process, and was impressed with the acuacy of the delivery process. The product that I received was far more than I expected, it is very light, and so easy to use. I have styled my hair every way and it does an amazing job with every style I choose.
I had such a terrible experience across the board. Despite being told the product would arrive within a few days, it took another 2 weeks before arriving. I used the product once successfully and then when I was using it for the second time, I was able to style one side of my hair before I started smelling something burning and the product lost air pressure. The motor had burned out. I reached out to the customer service as they promised an 60-day money back guarantee. They replied that since it was more than 72 hours since I’d received the product that I no longer qualified for a refund.
