Good Dyson dupe for the price

For the price it is a good multi-styler. But the curling wand attachments don’t really work on my hair - thick but post menopausal healthy, uncoloured, undamaged hair. The curl doesn’t hold at all. But the other attachments do their job. However it is usually g high heat and I think the point of the Dyson and the reason it is so expensive is that it can achieve the results without the need for high heat. I got it for the curling wands so I’m a little disappointed.

BEWARE THEY WILL NOT ACCEPT IT BACK IF YOU LITERALLY TRIED IT ONCE

Doesn’t work or hold a curl on my hair, they refuse to take it back despite the “60 day money back garunteed” because it’s “used” (literally one time perfect condition , all the packaging perfectly intact) . Garbage customer service

Product arrived well packaged

Product arrived well packaged. Still learning how to use it, but it seems to work well. Tracking the order was confusing until it hit our country, but other than that, it was a good buying experience.

Love this hair dryer, but do not buy the case!

Love this hair dryer, brush curler. Still haven’t tried the two curling wands.I did purchase the “leather case” for an additional $25. I absolutely would NOT recommend this case. Save your money. The first one I got was totally unusable. I contacted the company and they were very kind and accommodating and sent me a replacement case. I just opened it, and again it will not close properly. I can’t be bothered to contact customer service again. I wouldn’t pay $5 for this from the dollar store.Anyway the Hey Curls product is top notch and I get lots of compliments on my hair. Even my husband has noticed how nice my hair is. I would give the customer service and the product a 5 stars.

I like some of the items

I like some of the items, particularly the roll brush, the regular brush. The blower is not blowing that much but it dries my hair. I don’t know how to use the two curler. It doesn’t hold my hair to curl. But since I just used it 3x I’ll give it a 3. Maybe once I use it more. I’ll increase my rate.
