Love the product, still learning how to get curls right, just need some practice. Customer service has been excellent ,responding same day to enquires and sending tutorial links. Takes a long time to ship, other than that great product, would definitely recommend.
I love that I can achieve the volume on my crown with the large brush attachment as I’ve been putting rollers in there up till now BUT, the ringlet attachment does not seem to grab my hair, in fact if I turn the speed up, it blows my hair all around…
Received my goods in great condition. I have ordered three of these now and love the product. I am gifting 2 of them to my daughter/grand-daughter for Christmas. On my last order, I ordered 2 leather cases and the company put the styler in one of the cases and this gift was not getting a leather case. The company has stayed connected with me in resolving this issue. I would order from Hey Curls again.
0 stars… received a defective attachment. Contacted them, they wanted a video sent it in, then they said oh you bought in October 11, it’s passed the 72 hour window. Well I also purchased one as a Xmas gift so now what? I said that the warranty says 60 days.. I was only asking for the attachment to be replaced - $14.99 was the cost. I started to look into it. They are not Canadian, they are out of china.. SCAM ! Do not buy!!
