We wanted a different type of holiday from our usual ‘book somewhere and spend 2 weeks relaxing’, we wanted an adventure, but didn’t know quite how to go about organising it. We found Steph through a friend and from the moment we contacted her, she was so enthusiastic and excited for us! We knew we wanted to go to Thailand and gave her a brief outline of what we were hoping for. She wasted no time in getting back to us with some ideas, we connected through FaceTime, which felt very personal, we chatted and gave her some other ideas we had found and together we came up with a plan. She put it all together for us, transfers, internal flights, hotels and even excursions! We went back and forth with her, making little changes here and there and listening to her advice. She was so helpful and accommodating!Our trip was a wonderful adventure and a total success !!! Thank you Steph! We will be coming back to Hey escapes for our next adventure 🤗

Steph arranged an amazing holiday for us to Costa Rica. Every detail was taken care of! Hotels, transport,excursions all worked like a dream. Hey Escapes (Steph) designed a tailor made trip to Columbia and Peru. Steph had personally been to a number of places that we wanted to visit so it was really useful to hear about her experiences first hand and the subsequent advice she was able to give.Steph provided us with a very detailed itinerary in an impressive neat digital folder, inclusive of all the vouchers etc.All of the hotels and tours were really good and the partner in S America was particularly helpful. The trip was fab with no issues whatsoever!
