A friend recommended Steph at Hey Escapes after I complained about how hard it was to book a train trip around Andalucía for five people.Steph stepped in and organised a wonderful 10 day trip for us visiting Malaga, Grenada, Cordoba and Sevilla.All the hotels were excellent for the price range we requested and very central to the main areas of each city. All trains were booked for us and the amazing app provided by Steph held every booking on our itinerary together with all the documents we needed. The whole trip was smooth and wonderful. Steph thought of every detail that would make our holiday perfect. I will never have to stress about booking our tailor made holidays again. All thanks to Hey Escapes. Thank you!
Steph looked after everything from start to finish for a 19day 9 city tour of Spain and Portugal. During the booking phase she provided options and was very responsive to any questions or suggestions. Steph kept us informed all the time communicated well with us even when we were on the trip and importantly the whole trip was a delight without a single hitch. I wanted to surprise my partner for his 60th birthday and take him away without him knowing until the day before. I wanted to take him somewhere special and beautiful and I just told Steph what I wanted and she delivered to make it a dream holiday. She was always available to remedy small hitches in a travel. However ,she went above and beyond with small beautiful touches such as informing the hotel it was my partner's birthday so arranging a bucket of champagne , fruit and even reservations at a sought after restaurant. Hey Escapes booked this stay for us. Steph was so helpful from the start helping us choose and book the hotel She also sent us a very helpful email on day of departure with all the details we needed for our trip which was very handy to have. When we arrived at our room there was an extra surprise - a note and a bottle of wine and some tapas courtesy of Hey Escapes!Steph made it know that she was always at the end of the phone if we needed her. I will definitely be using them again to book a longer stay.
Steph at Hey Escapes took care of all the details for our lovely French holiday, from making sure there was a cot for our baby, to booking us a driver to fetch us from the train upon arrival (very friendly, reliable driver, too!). Steph checked in that things were OK and made it clear we could ring or text her if we needed any info or help. I described the trip I imagined and she made it happen! It was so relaxing having someone oversee the trip and forsee any challenges, and it left me able to focus on the trip itself. I'd use Steph again for a holiday, definitely. And I'm someone who has used a travel agent before. I'm a convert, and I love how warm and approachable Steph was, and she really knows her stuff and is full of ideas.
Steph organised the most incredible winter escape to Morocco-everything exceeded my expectations.
