I’ve just started the course. Team are very friendly. Explain very well what will be happening. My log on to the learning site was set up very quickly. Course content and next steps sent out very quickly too. If ever I do need to ask questions the staff are knowledgeable and polite. I chose to call using a phone, however there are umpteen other ways you can communicate with the team.
At the start to my journey as a HGV class 1 driver, being a dairy farmer from the age of 16 I’ve always liked the transport side to the buisness while enjoying driving, I got in contact with Jamie to start my new career, he’s great very helpful and there every step of the way to help you succeed ! My experience with hgv driver training centre has been amazing so far I have lessons on the 9th of June and the help and guidance Jamie from hgv training has been so calming and friendly and helpfull, I was quite anxious to go with them at first bc I sow a few bad reviews but I called up and questioned the person who answered the phone which was Jamie and he was so kind and friendly I probably asked him about 5 of the reviews that worried me but he put my worry’s to bed and explained every single one I asked and soon to know none of them bad reviews I have experienced since going with hgv training big thank you to Jamie for helping me this far and hopefully I pass anytime soon
HGV staffs are very helpful all the times and specially thanks to Katie and Tia. They both are very helpful. They make my all journey till test very smooth and easy such as medical and book theory test everything. I recommend to everyone don’t go anywhere if HGV driver training centre are with us.
