If you don't need your order quickly, this is fine. However, it took more than a month just to process my order, and I waited over two months to receive it. Proceed with caution if you need it for an event within two months; I recommend looking elsewhere.

The medium bottoms I received are much smaller compared to the several medium bottoms I already own from here. Along with the decline in quality, the customer service has also worsened. It took over three weeks for me to receive a return label to send back my suit. I cannot recommend them at all. Extremely disappointing.

The customer support is appalling. I was charged twice for shipping and they refuse to issue a refund. My first order arrived a month late, with vague explanations about its loss. I should have learned my lesson and avoided ordering again; the customer service experiences are outrageous given the high prices.
If I could give this place negative stars, I would. I returned an item seven months ago, and they've continuously promised that my refund would come soon, but it never did. When I inquired about the status, they just gave me the runaround, saying to be patient while they consult their billing department. It's been seven months; how much longer must I wait? There’s been no valid explanation or follow-up regarding my refund. When I requested to speak with someone over the phone, they refused to provide a customer service number, and the one on their website is useless. It seems like they prefer to keep customers' money rather than issue refunds for returned items. This is dishonest and feels like a scam.
This company has serious issues with their return policy and customer service. I returned a bikini in June, following their instructions, but it’s been over four months and I still haven’t received a refund or any explanation for the delay. Customer service keeps responding with vague messages about delays but offers no specifics on what’s causing them or when it will be resolved. They have both my money and the returned merchandise. Many other customers seem to be facing the same problem. They should be reported to the Better Business Bureau. If they do not want to accept returns, they should simply update their return policy.
I placed an order in mid-August for a significant amount. The package was labeled for shipping the same day but got stuck in a 'label has been provided' status for weeks. I struggled to contact the company; their phone goes straight to voicemail, and they only provided automated responses on social media. Eventually, I got an email stating that the package is delayed indefinitely due to tariffs. This is information customers should not have to hunt for; they should have contacted me proactively. I requested to cancel my order, which they claim to have done, but I have yet to see a refund. I’m still waiting for my money.
Returning items for a refund has been a complete nightmare. My return was postmarked June 10th, and now it's September 12th. They have a 30-day money-back guarantee, but they clearly failed to honor that. I've been emailing them every two weeks and get the same robotic response. I returned three items, received a late refund for two, and the third has seemingly vanished. DO NOT ORDER.
The customer service is dreadful. As a first-time buyer, I had a discount code, but nowhere in my cart or confirmation did it state that refunds or exchanges aren't valid with a discount. The two bikinis I received were ridiculously small, and now I'm stuck with items they won't exchange due to their fine print. 0/10 for customer service. Additionally, as others have noted, shipping takes forever. They need to improve significantly! It's unacceptable to operate an online boutique and make it so difficult for customers to exchange items for a proper fit.
I have consistently ordered from this brand, spending over $300. I recently ordered from their sale page and received multiple bikinis that were unwearable due to sizing issues. I am 125 lbs, 5’4.5 tall, and typically wear a small top and extra small bottom. Despite reading reviews, I upsized on some tops I was concerned about. When I reached out to customer service about an exchange, I received no help; instead, I was offered a 30% discount on future orders. I spent $350, ordered on July 27th, and received it on August 18th, but the items don’t fit. They need to do better.
