Horrible customer service. High apr, theyre breaching contract left and right. Don't expect to pay off your loan with one payment. They don't allow you to use options.
They ignored everything I was trying to convey, despite providing all necessary evidence. Their constant dismissal was baffling. I even contacted my bank to explain the situation, and they were equally perplexed, questioning why monthly statements weren't accepted.
Scammers do not use money was never deposited and when you call to cancel they don’t answer they only answer if you call as a new customer, money never came and they said it did and try to get more bank info and try and take money out
