i bought a dac from them and some cables to connect the device . the owner took a lot of time for me and was very helpfull in explaining me everything i asked him . a very different experience from what i am used to . owner has passion for his proffesion , wich was very helpfull for me as a noob who reads a lot of contradicting things on the internetz . i definatly go back there because the service was much better then the big companys , where the people who work there just do a job .

I was interested in a very popular set of speakers, KEF LS50 Meta. They were available with a huge discount, which made me a little suspicous, also because no delivery time was indicated. I contacted them, and they said that they only had one pair available, which could be shipped the same day, and at my place the next day. I took the gamble, and indeed, the next day they were delivered in perfect condition. I was also worried that this might have been a box that was briefly opened or so, but this was not the case. I am now the proud owner of set of brand new speakers for an amazing price!
Ordered a headphone from them at bol.com. After a year the drivers started having a volume imbalance. Contacted them, send the headphone up for repair. After two weeks of no updates I contacted them again, at which they decided to send a free new replacement.Great service, will gladly order from them again.
