She showed interest in my needs while gathering information to zero in on a much better plan than my current one with the same company. An almost identical plan with better coverage at same premium while reducing my 2 most expensive medications cost by 90% each. Additional benefits remained reasonable with some adjustments. Everything was explained in a fast yet informational manner. I was assured that she was there for me with any issues thru the enrollment process as well as future insurance needs in years to come. I received an email with her name & contact information before transferring to another agent to verify the plan with me. This company has been calling me for a while. Today, I answered and they put me in touch with a licensed insurance broker to go over my Medicare Health Insurance. They found me extra benefits I was entitled to but were not included with my current insurer. It only took about 30 minutes time and I have double dental coverage, lower co-pay costs, and a real boost in my OTC benefits at no additional cost. Not only that, I got to keep my primary doctor.
