We have been using Hike since August in our retail florist. We have found it good as it integrates with Xero easily and Mustan has been extremely helpful and patient as we navigate our way through the use of it.

Excellent Hike backup and technical assistance

Mustansir and the team at Hike have been fantastic. I was reviewing their software as I was not happy with the features of my current software and I wasn't getting any assistance from them. Hike's software is fantastic and fully featured. I have trialled dozens of POS systems and Hike is the only one that has everything I need. It has an excellent POS screen for selling and the backend is excellent for managing my inventory. The only thing I wasn't happy with was needing to use a bluetooth scanner. I asked Hike if they could configure their system to use a corded USB scanner - and they did! Blown away by their assistance. I am now a Hike customer. Well done Hike!

Hike's support is on point

Hike's support is on point. The software works for us, although sometimes I come across something that isn't 100% perfect for us. For instance we work with card payments only, but Hike's default is cash, and it cannot be removed as a payment option in the app. There's some more minor stuff like that. But overall we are happy.

It was very fast replying and also assisting. I have noticed that Mr. Deval is very helpful on assisting to get immediate update on my request regarding the issue I face on Hike.
