We have found the account & customer service team for Hike to be the best we've ever experienced as far as tech /digital solutions ... Keep up the great work, it's awesome to see a big company that cares about the individual shop owners. Hike could be such a great product! The basics are there, but the developers must have minimal understanding of the in store experience, and it seems very little desire to make relatively small fixes which would make it a really amazing POS. There are so many little problems which really add up to it being a giant pain in the neck to use. It is just such a shame! And every time you contact customer support you get these condescending responses which basically come across like they're saying "I don't care". I think the whole team needs to seriously refocus on listening to the customer - both the customer experience in using their product, and also a customer approach in how they deal with questions and problems when they're raised. A customer friendly approach would make it a little easier for us to put up with all the errors and endless problems using this POS.
I have a small women's boutique in Melbourne and I'm so excited to be using Hike. It solved all my integration problems - Woocommerce, Tyro, Xero and Mailchimp. The support has been amazing - thanks Chris and Sai for your help in getting this technologically-challenged business owner transferred over to Hike. And, it was a pleasant surprise to get a call from Myles to see how things were going and let me know about the latest videos. I'm super impressed with the whole operation.
I'm a web developer who specialises in POS systems and WooCommerce / web systems. We came from Vend, this is just amazing. Auto updates status, stock, perfect integration and super quick to update both sides. My clients are happy! That means they pay me.. Amazing!
I've been using Hike for over a year now. There was a few bugs when I first started which seem to be getting ironed out as the product matures. The reason I am leaving a review is because of their incredible support. I work some very strange hours 24/7. It does not matter what time of night, on Saturday and Sundays included, and I get excellent support within a few minutes of posting my question. Every single time. It is very impressive.

After being with a regular cash register for so long, it was a bit hard to convince the higher-ups to change to an online register, but completely worth it.I can't speak to the plugins and accounting, as we just use it to sell and track inventory, but this is an amazing service.And any time we fall over and are scratching our head with a problem, the support team swoops in and helps us fix it in a matter of minutes.
