Great customer service

We have been using HikePOS for 5 months now. We are very happy with our decision. The best thing about HikePOS is customer service. Not only do they offer a fantastic program, but they are quick to help when you get a little stuck. HikePOS customer service guided us through setup and have been there to help since. Their live chat feature is great for quick fixes, and the tech team will get back to you in a few days for any deeper queries.

Hike is real helpful

Hike is real helpful. I was using a lot of time to manage sales. Since 2019 Hike Pos saved my time. The software is user friendly, Very quick, good customer help desk service 24/7, Good communication, Listening customer concern timely and very easy to integrate with other Accounting software.If I would given an opportunity to choose the best Pos. I would recommend Hike. Thanks for your service

Excellent customer service

We have been using Hike as our retail POS for nearly 12 months. The customer service is excellent. The ability to chat with support within the system is great and there is always someone available to assist.I also love how I can make suggestions and feature requests. I trialled several POS systems before deciding Hike is the one for us, very happy with that decision.
