We have been using HikePOS for 5 months now. We are very happy with our decision. The best thing about HikePOS is customer service. Not only do they offer a fantastic program, but they are quick to help when you get a little stuck. HikePOS customer service guided us through setup and have been there to help since. Their live chat feature is great for quick fixes, and the tech team will get back to you in a few days for any deeper queries.
Hike is real helpful. I was using a lot of time to manage sales. Since 2019 Hike Pos saved my time. The software is user friendly, Very quick, good customer help desk service 24/7, Good communication, Listening customer concern timely and very easy to integrate with other Accounting software.If I would given an opportunity to choose the best Pos.
