This company are useless. First off they sold us a dodgy second hand car that after 2 weeks stopped working then the after care was absolutely atrocious. They promised they were coming to collect the car and never turned up. Their excuse for it being dodgy was because it was used but they should have checked the car before selling it. Avoid at all costs
I have been waiting for someone to get back to me over a payment that I have been waiting for, they take your money, but when they have to pay you back money you will be waiting a long time for it, thay have had all the paperwork but I am still waiting. If I could give no stars, I would.

The garage I obtained the quote from is the only local garage to me that is able to carry out the work.
The paperwork I previously sent was a diagnostic report from another garage - it was not an invoice, and no work has been carried out on the vehicle as I have been awaiting your reply and authorisation.
I appreciate and acknowledge your acceptance to repair my car at your own repair garage. Can you confirm what date you are able to pick my car up please as I have been advised it is unsafe to drive from my home address to your garage.
I am a single parent household and need a car to take my children to school.
Can you please advise urgently how you would like to proceed — whether you will collect my car or confirm that I may have the work carried out locally and forward the invoice to you?

You sold me a car with next to no break pads or disks - warning light came on after a few days and tried to contact and email yourself. Says 48hours for a reply but heard I’d nothing for over 10days. After one reply, which wasn’t even reading the original email properly, I had emailed 4 times & NO reply. Within these emails I have explained I have 2 small children and I have a car that isn’t fit for purpose or safe to drive. With no replies and solution. I find this appalling and have referred it to trading standards and the motor ombudsman.
We were warmly welcomed by a representative who was incredibly understanding and professional right from the beginning. Although we arrived late, they were very accommodating and maintained that attitude throughout our visit. We spent a couple of hours exploring different vehicles, and at no point did we feel any pressure to make a decision. Unfortunately, we couldn't finalize a car that day, but that was not due to the dealership or the representative, who remained supportive and understanding throughout our time there. Having worked in car sales myself, I recognize the pressures salespeople face to close deals. However, the representative made us feel completely at ease, which is the main reason for this five-star review. I will definitely reach out to this representative and the dealership again in the future and would gladly recommend both.
