They are generally reliable and offer good support.The services, however, are extraordinarily overpriced and do not match the current market conditions. There are much cheaper hosting alternatives, especially outside Bulgaria (Hetzner, Contabo, etc).Domain registration and renewal is also significantly overvalued (more than 50% markup, compared to other providers).DNS management is extremely annoying and they do not offer modern tools to manage DNS records.VPS costs are outrageous for the parameters they offer.The shared hosting is also severely limited in terms of resources.They are charging much higher fees to existing customers compared to new signups. Once they get you as a customer they attempt to extort you with constantly rising prices, fees and addons.If you have a sensitive business or if you are a political organisation, they may leak your info to the Bulgarian government and may illegally block your services if they get a letter from them. No court order needed!Look elsewhere!
