Requested a refund and was fobbed of with a partial refund,I declined saying I would like a full refund then no further contact,I believe their tactic is to run the clock down on the refund timeframe!! Been absolutely ripped off here!! the company is also based overseas(china) so no help from PayPal YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!

This is a scam. I ordered tactical trail boots and have yet to receive them. I had to repeatedly contact customer support before they provided a dubious tracking link, which I discovered I could modify myself. I've reported the site to the relevant authorities, and they are collaborating with the platform to shut it down. Stay away from this site; if you're in need of similar boots, consider other options.
I ordered waterproof military boots in mid-November. After a week, the tracking showed they were still in China, and when I contacted the company, they merely said to wait a few more weeks. Eventually, the boots arrived, but they were uncomfortable due to tight stitching. After a few wears, they were okay, but they are definitely not waterproof; my feet got soaked just from wet grass. I reached out to the company, but they said worn goods cannot be returned. I expressed that the boots were unfit for purpose, but received no response. This has been a frustrating experience, and I won’t order from them again.

I strongly advise against using this site. They sent me the wrong colors and sizes but refused to issue a full refund. Their initial offer was a 20% refund and suggested I sell the items myself. Eventually, they agreed to a full refund, but I had to cover return shipping. When I finally received my refund, it was still minus 20%.
I wish I could give no stars. I regret not reading reviews before my purchase. The shirt quality is terrible, and the sizing is way off. I’ve tried contacting them four times to return it, but no response. It looks like I’m stuck with it. Do not buy anything from this site; it's a terrible experience!
