Initially, I was pleased with the clothes I received and happy with the items I chose to keep. However, I rarely write reviews. As of January 13, 2026, I'm still in ongoing communication with customer support regarding my refund for the returned items. I placed an online order around Black Friday, which I picked up the following week. On December 11, I returned some items to a physical store, where I was told that the refund would be processed back to the card used for the purchase. On December 18, I contacted customer support, informing them of the return and that I hadn't received my money back yet. I attached my original order details, showing the initial amount and the revised total. That same day, I received a response stating they could not find my return in their system and asked me to confirm if I had returned the items through their online portal, despite my earlier mention that I returned them in-store. On December 19, I was told that they would initiate the refund once they received the returned items in the store. I followed up on December 20, clarifying that I had already returned the clothes on December 11. On December 21, they requested details about the returned items, even though I had previously attached pictures of the order changes. I reiterated the information that same day, confirming the items I returned. On December 22, they inquired about a return amount of 495.23 DKK, which I corrected to 440.02 DKK. By December 23, I received a message stating that the return payment was complete, so I decided to wait due to the bank holidays. On December 25, I got an automated email asking about my experience. On December 31, I informed them again that I hadn't received my money, even though it was marked as complete on December 22. That same day, I was told there had been a technical error causing the delay and that it had been escalated for immediate follow-up. I waited until January 8 to inquire about any updates on my refund. On January 9, I was told it had already been refunded and was asked if I had received it. I replied that I had not received any payment from the service. On January 11, I was informed there was an error in processing my refund and was asked to provide my bank details for the transfer. I promptly provided my bank information that same day. On January 12, I was asked to confirm if the account number I provided was correct. I confirmed that it was indeed my account details. As I write this review, I still have not received my money, despite returning the clothes over a month ago. I believe there is significant room for improvement in their process. I understand that some delays were due to holidays, but it felt like my emails were overlooked by multiple employees. The back-and-forth communication regarding the items returned and the amounts owed was excessively prolonged. After this experience, I am hesitant to shop with this service again, fearing I might encounter similar issues if I need to return items in the future.
