I purchased 4 games and while waiting for them to arrive, I had some questions due to an issue. The support team was outstanding—prompt replies, truthful answers, and very supportive. They also offer some of the best prices available online, so I would definitely recommend them!

I ordered an anniversary collection for PS5 back in early October, expecting it to release next week. Today, I received an email canceling my order just six days before release, with no alternatives available. I cannot recommend this platform for pre-orders; their customer service is terrible. Now I can't find this collection anywhere else.

The price was comparable to launch day prices at other retailers. The game was dispatched quickly and arrived in perfect condition. I can confirm they are still a fantastic retailer, highly recommend!
I've used this platform a couple of times and just found out they are a small independent business, which shows as they genuinely care about their customers. I ordered a game, but it was mistakenly delivered to the wrong address. A helpful representative communicated with me about my missing item and sent a replacement within 24 hours. It arrived the very next day, just in time for a birthday gift! I'll definitely be purchasing from them again.
