Orders were repeatedly fulfilled with delays (3–5 days to process internally) despite promising 48-hour delivery. Customer service would simply copy and paste generic responses, avoiding accountability for the constant issues and delays.At one point, so many packages went missing when delivered via Hive that it resulted in lost trust from new customers and additional costs for us to reimburse and refund them.Hive repeatedly used incorrect packaging materials and sizes, leaving us to spend hours and days manually tracking and correcting their mistakes. These unacceptable errors required multiple chains of communication and weeks to resolve.They also lost inventory during the move-out process, which they refuse to reimburse. Their claim amounts for lost or delayed packages are far below industry standards.For what should be a straightforward service, the experience was awful and unbelievable, leaving us with more issues than before.Their terms and conditions are intentionally designed to void accountability, relying on unconscionable methods that make them wholly unreliable.
