Reliable fulfillment partner with great support

Been working with Hive for just over a year now and overall very satisfied. The app makes it easy to manage inventory and track orders in real time, and D2C fulfillment is consistently fast. Our account manager is always quick to get back to use when something comes up. Pricing is competitive for what you get, would recommend to any ecom brand looking for a dependable 3PL in europe.

We had a great experience working with HIVE. The integration with Shopify was seamless and easy to set up, which made it simple to manage orders and fulfillment from the start. They also have strong contracts with shipping carriers, resulting in competitive shipping rates and a wide range of delivery options. Whether you’re shipping locally within Europe or internationally, their network and services cover both efficiently.Communication and support have been consistently reliable. Both our account manager and the support team respond quickly, which makes day-to-day operations much smoother. They also deliver on their order promises, allowing us to confidently provide accurate delivery expectations to our customers.Another feature we appreciated is their customer portal. For example, if a customer forgets to include a street number or other address details, they can update this information themselves through the portal. This reduces the workload on customer support and helps avoid unnecessary delays.Additionally, they offer multiple warehouse locations, which makes it possible to store inventory closer to customers. This improves delivery speed for the end customer while also helping reduce shipping costs for the store owner.Great report. To summarize i think HIVE is what 3PL should be in 2026, sleek, good integration, fast actions and strong offer.

One of the worst fulfilment providers…

One of the worst fulfilment providers out there. Constantly losing things, not keeping us in the loop with issues that might impact delivery times. Just today they completely refused to restock the latest shipment of a product that we've already been fulfilling with them. Our customers already paid for early access of this product so now we're just getting hate.If you truly want a world class customer experience - that you WILL need to build a loved brand, look for anyone else.

Solid Partnership with Further Development Potential

In B2C fulfillment, Hive has proven to be a reliable partner for us. Processes are well-structured, and overall operations run in a stable and efficient manner.In B2B fulfillment, however, we still see room for improvement, particularly regarding internal processes and coordination. We would welcome greater transparency, speed, and process reliability going forward.We are currently not fully satisfied with the integration of our ERP system. There is optimization potential in terms of system integration and overall alignment to reduce manual follow-ups and ensure smoother workflows.Overall, we are satisfied at this stage and recognize both the positive aspects of the collaboration and clear opportunities for further development.

Great choice of a 3PL

We moved to Hive a year and a half ago and it's the best 3PL experience we had so far. - Fulfillment times are well below 1 day (both calendar and business)- We have done two Q4s with Hive until now and there was no backlog at all, two years in a row. Looking forward to the third!- The support team is always ready to help and easy to contact- Hive has its own app, which is great for managing inventory, claims, inbounds, returns, and so on. The analytics section is also great for getting live data on how things are going.- Their freight team also helps with necessary documentations for B2B orders (export to CH, GS1 labels, DNs,...), and organizes a pickup if needed, which is an amazing service. There are smaller roadblocks and things to make better, as everywhere, but luckily Hive is partner in making changes that benefit our and their growth. Moving to Hive was definitely a good choice and would definitely choose them again.

The Gold Standard for Scalable fulfillment

After cycling through several 3PL partners, we moved to Hive a year ago and haven't looked back. We opened two more warehouses in Europe since then, thanks to their integrated "Pan-EU" program.The onboarding is highly organized, and the Shopify integration is truly seamless. What sets them apart is the support structure: you get a dedicated Growth Manager for high-level strategy and a responsive ticket system for daily ops. The platform itself is the most intuitive I’ve seen in the industry. While no provider is without glitches and processes that deserve improvement, Hive’s willingness to listen is unmatched—they consistently implement improvements based directly on our feedback. We’re in this partnership for the long haul and are happy to be able to count on Hive to support our continuously growing operations.
