We couldn't imagine a world without HL Pro Tools

We use HL Pro Tools for whitelabel support for our agency. Now we spend our time focusing on high impact projects instead of having to directly support our customers. We couldn't imagine a world without HL Pro Tools at this point!

Total scam

Total scam. Took money and delivered nothing. Actually nothing. Went through 3 different account managers and had 3 people quit during the 6 months we paid for. No deliverables. They told us they'd refund us because they acknowledged that they had dropped the ball and then went back on that too.Total scam.

HL Pro Tools review

HL Pro Tools review , tjis was the worst expeerience ive ever had with a company that seems so reputable, no accountibilty, no leadership , no one taking initiative to make it rihgt , not at all . ive been in many businesses , and dealt with many vendors this was by far the worst experience ever , stay away , far away no matter what your tols the 6 month guarantee , fake, all of it is fake . there not a cusotm developer among them , to offer custom development . they do have some well respected ppl in the community on theroi payroll and in their pockets thats for sure, try to make an honest review abouyt them thats not positive and see how long it stay up for

So far so good

So far so good. The tools are great and the support is very good as well. If I had to say anything negative it would be that there is much more to learn that I expected, but that is not a bad thing either.

hlpt review, HL Pro Tools reviews - I’ve never experienced such a complete failure of leadership and service. I gave HL Pro Tools 8 months of my time, trust, and thousands of dollars — and received absolutely nothing in return.They sell you on “Speed to Launch” and “Done-for-You Custom Builds.” In reality, the only custom thing is how they scam you.When I asked for answers, I got nothing but deflection and silence. They pushed me to billing — only to learn there’s no refund, no guarantee, and no accountability whatsoever.I tried to warn others in the official HighLevel Facebook group, and my posts were deleted instantly. That’s when it became clear: they care more about protecting their cash cow than doing what’s right.Worst experience I’ve had in business.✅ Their theme builder is okay, but Marketer’s Toolkit is better in every way.❌ No leadership❌ No delivery❌ No integrity❌ Definitely NOT for anyone serious about building a real business.Avoid HL Pro Tools at all costs.

Support has gotten progressively worse

Their support has progressively gotten worse over the last 3-6 months; whilst their team's responses have become more vague, I have to follow up and ask multiple follow up questions because their support team aren't reading tickets properly. They used to be able to help with phone number setup as well as CSS/JS and theme formatting, now they simply don't.Quality of answers has become shorter.Price went up by $100/mo for features I don't even use.

Horrible customer support

total scam - this group is just horrible absolutely zero customer support. was supposed to offer timely support to our customers and instead didn't respond for weeks on end and ultimately cost us tens of thousands. all they have are AI agents now - can't even answer their own sales inquires.

Got way over-charged

The day-to-day support is ok. The "We will build your funnels for you" for $$$$ is BAD. None of it worked. Same experience with two other colleagues (which is why I feel obligated to leave a review for consumer protection).They can handle the support for $100/month, but don't let them build out anything for you. The fact that they haven't replied to any negative reviews says everything. I doubt they will see this and or care.
