Having submitted our claim for a damaged carpet, we were assigned to SBS and received a call from Philip the same day to let us know an assessor had been appointed. Dave, the assessor, also called that afternoon and visited two days later.
Both were polite, efficient and very professional. A week later we were informed the claim was being paid.

To summarize, I'm stuck in a frustrating blame game involving multiple parties. I had a phone stolen, and the company is not providing a receipt with the IMEI number. As a result, the service provider is unwilling to blacklist the device, and the insurance company is refusing to pay out. It's incredibly frustrating, and I feel like they all need to resolve this issue together. I'm out £849 and have already spent 7 hours making calls.
