I ordered an item to wear for am event and paid £5.95 for next day delivery. It didn't arrive... I then had an email to say it had been delayed and would be delivered AFTER the event, so i bought an alternative. I asked that the £5.95 be refunded along with the return and that the return charge is waived and I'm very pleased that this was agreed to straight away. Well done Phase Eight for your understanding response.
Both ladies in the Skipton store 14/02:could not do enough to help me choose my outfit for the Grand National this year. They really went above & beyond to find the shoes in another store, Winborne where the lovely Laura took my order & payment for home delivery as I was in Skipton for the weekend. Then they went online to source the matching bag again for home delivery. They helped me select my dress jacket & fascinator. Phase Eight, your Skipton team did you proud , fantastic customer service , thanktou so much ladies

I visited a designer outlet recently, and the representative provided me with outstanding assistance. She organized the dresses I selected in the fitting room in a lovely manner. Her knowledge and kindness made the entire experience smooth, as she supported me throughout the process. This level of customer service is rare these days. Thank you! I ended up purchasing three dresses.
The in-store experience at the location has been fantastic since it reopened in the shopping center. The staff are lovely and friendly, especially the representatives. On two occasions, they effectively resolved issues I faced with the website. I had to file complaints regarding the online difficulties, but from now on, I will simply visit the store for professional assistance!
The staff at the local store are welcoming and supportive, even informing me about an additional discount on sale items. I appreciate how they neatly fold purchases and wrap them in tissue paper. The store is also bright and well-maintained.
I've received two replies regarding my package, assuring me it would be delivered as an express shipment. They mentioned it would be processed. However, three days after the last message, the package is still not handed over! Currently, it states: 'Your shipment label has been generated but your shipment has not yet been handed over to the courier.' Contacting customer service has proven impossible despite multiple attempts! This is very disappointing. I decided to give this company another chance after a previous issue with a damaged item. The next delivery was fine, which is why I tried again. However, this situation is unacceptable!
I shared a review regarding my order being over a week late, with four missed delivery attempts. The company directed me to their customer care team without providing a contact number. The number I found online leads to another that is out of service. I hope the company can provide a valid contact number when they read this, as they must know that neither of these numbers is functional.
