I’m only doing this because they won’t refund me my money after they forced me to review them with 5 and what to say in this review they then stole more money from me and refuse to return it because of some credit crap to use on their website and they also scammed me under a false name using Mary Kay I was doing a survey on Facebook and some how this company end up getting money from me I was never. Aware of them at all it’s not right to steal folks money then flat out refuse to return it back when they said they would they escalation team is a nothing but scammers and they support number don’t work stay away from hobbybrix

Mixed feelings about the refund process.

I appreciate that they are willing to refund my money, but I'm not pleased with how it was handled. They've mentioned a full refund will be processed after I submit this review. I'll wait and see!

Mistakenly signed up, but got help

I mistakenly signed up for something I didn’t intend to. I had to contact them multiple times, and just received an email stating they will refund me after I write a review. It’s now with the support team. I hope to avoid any further charges.
