Amazing ! From the outset Holiday Dukes were so helpful. They found our holiday to Mexico with transfers and luggage included for a cheaper price than any other company with direct flights. The hotel was exceptional and we were extremely happy with our holiday. We are definitely going to book through Holiday Dukes again due to the excellent customer service provided 😎😎
I came across Holiday Dukes on social media and was interested in their Zanzibar and Tanzania Safari package. From my initial enquiry Daisy has provided excellent service and has been very patient with all our enquiries and requests. We can’t fault the service we have received and are looking forward to our trip in February 26.
Maeve was so very helpful in booking our trip to Bali next year . Nothing was to much trouble, sorting all the accommodation of our choice and coming up with a competitive price . Just had the most amazing trip to Thailand with a big group of people who all had different requirements for our trip. Holiday Dukes were able to keep tweaking our itinerary until we were happy with it. Once we set off they were at the other end of the phone continuously. We had a few hiccups on the journey which is to be expected, but Holiday Dukes were available 24/7 and responded immediately each time. They quickly rectified issues and kept us in the loop, and reimbursed us when one of the companies they used for our transfer messed it up (this wasn’t even Holiday Dukes fault). They were very patient and professional even when we were frustrated with things that confused us. In hindsight, the only real issues we had were 2 transfer companies who had sent different times for transfer compared to the times Holiday Dukes sent - left us very confused and worried about transfers but this was the worst of our worries, so little really - plus it’s hard to know if the companies used by Holidays Dukes were at fault or whether it was Holiday Dukes fault. Either way it didn’t matter as no significant consequences arouse, and Holiday Dukes was always quick to respond to our queries and rectify problems we had immediately. Will definitely use their services again in future!
Daisy was absolutely fabulous in providing us a holiday tailored to our needs in Thailand, she provided guidance throughout and had great customer care throughout the process, looked for the best price which no other agencies could match . Thank you for your help 100%recommend .
I've just returned from almost 2 weeks in thailand and it has been so fun. I booked with noah at holiday dukes and he was very informative, clear on instructions and fast at giving documents. He was also on call running up to the holiday and during the holiday if I had any questions. Flights, transfers and accommodation where perfect. Their is also room to discuss changing locations if you don't fancy doing x but want b. Noah tailored it to perfection. I will definitely be booking again. I'm so sad to be home now tho boo *cries*. Thank you for arranging the best holiday!
