A holiday advert popped up on my facebook feed which looked a 'too good to be true' deal. I enquired and with a few requests from myself, the adventure began. Isabella looked after my requirements and gave some suggestions. Nothing was too much bother, everything went to plan despite me changing my mind a couple of times. Payment in instalments(great price), tickets, flights, excursions, great accommodation and transfers all happened smoothly and nothing went wrong. I received regular clear communications in a timely manor. Very pleased with Holiday Dukes and the end-to-end process. Will look to use them again next year.
Noah and his team have been absolutely amazing with me in sorting a superb and special holiday. We are still on it as I write but has to post now as I’m in amazement as to how good this is .We had three nights in a lovely hotel in Krabi (Thailand) which is a busy area now but still amazing , we are now at a little island called koi yoi noi in an amazing tree house! This was recommended by Noah and we have four nights here! This is pure paradise absolutely amazing thank you the holiday dukes for putting this holiday together . After this four nights here we have two in Phuket then home . I’m booking again with loads of confidence in holiday dukes to provide another holiday of a lifetime. Noah is the guy to ask for .
Messaged Saturday afternoon for a holiday to Thailand for my patrtners 50th birthday great package sorted several places in Thailand and absolutely stunning hotels by Saturday evening booked and all sorted .very swift response to any queries we had rang me straight away to clarify things I was unsure about . Really good customer service.
