I contacted holiday dukes due to my 40th birthday in Feb and wanted to go to Thailand. I advised I want to visit a couple of places and wanted swim up pools. Oscar Beck was fantastic and organised it all the places we visited and luxury hotels. I did not want any head ache of organising as there was 6 of us going and after all it was my birthday. Oscar handled everything sent the hotels and even helped us upgrade to extra leg room as my sons are over 6 foot. Honestly the holiday was amazing the hotels were luxury. The perfect 40th Birthday due to Oscar.
Oscar Beck was absolutely fantastic dealing with our holiday booking, he was very informative with all our information that was required. We told him what we wanted and he recommended great hotels. He sorted everything out all our transfers hotel booking. Not one hotel let us down. Oscar went above and beyond. Oscar responded to any email very promptly. Our wonderful agent Noah worked tirelessly to get us our dream return to Siyam World in the Maldives which is only 6 weeks away. I was a bit cautious at first with all correspondence done through WhatsApp and not booking through our usual holiday agent. The whole process has been impressive from start to this point with constant communication and updates from Noah. We booked for four people and couldn’t make our mind up, we must of chopped and changed a 100 times but Kimberley was so patient and very helpful we must of been her nightmare customers but she was so helpful and done everything she could to get us our perfect holiday to Thialand
Absolutely fantastic service. This is the second long haul holiday I have booked with Holiday Dukes.
