The Holiday Max administration is pathetic, our flights were booked incorrectly, arriving and leaving from Amsterdam, when we were arriving in Amsterdam and leaving from Paris.
Took them way too long to sort out and we ended up with 2 stopovers both directions ( for a group of 6 travellers). The itineraries were incorrect and the email with travel vouchers and ticketing was never received, until I followed up once in Amsterdam. All in all not up to standard for a company that is a travel agent.
I sent their H/O an email on our return, stating the facts of the trip. No reply no acknowledge nothing, pathetic

Location issue affecting plans.

The only concern so far is that we live north of Brisbane and can't depart from there—we'll need to leave from Sydney, which adds to our costs and almost made us choose a different service.

First impressions are good.

While the service appears reasonably priced and I've traveled with other providers before with satisfactory results, this will be my first time with them. I can only rate them after the tour based on coverage and other details. Currently, I'm satisfied with their service, though the payment terms requesting full payment within 14 days are concerning.
