Do not entertain this company they will rip you off, I had been warned about their conduct but having used them before and had no issues I didn’t heed the warning.. Craig came to fix the boiler in December as property had been empty, he got it going at the expense of £270, then has the repeat issue in January so had another callout and was told that it was a part that would cost £70 and agreed for him to do it, only to be absolutely shocked with another bill of £290. Naturally I challenged this and was called a derogatory name for doing so as evidently they run their business however they want.
Of course I have paid the requested amount but urge caution with these guys

Our boiler packed up completely leaving us with no heating or hot water, Lorraine immediately arranged for a replacement boiler to be installed, and Liam and Craig arrived a day early and worked until 8.30 pm to ensure we had heating and hot water. Truly exceptional service, above and beyond what we were expecting.
I always use Holland Gas for any boiler replacement or servicing. Lorraine, Craig and the team are always super professional. Recently I had a gas leak that was reported by a neighbouring property so a national company came out and isolated my meter. Lorraine liaised with me to arrange to fix, as I was hospitalised and anxious to get the boiler back on for my return home. I am happy to say everything went like clock work, their engineer came out on time and rectified the issue within an hour and my home is nice and warm again. 10/10 Holland gas. Thank you once again for the great service.
