Liam was very helpful in answering my concerns he did a great job although he had a bit of a hick up (not his fault) and he quickly returned to sort out my little leak.And a thank-you to Craig for correctly diagnosing my problem.
We are renters, and the past 6 weeks or so have had an avalanche of issues. Thankfully Holland Gas to the rescue, from Lorraine, the voice on the phone to all the engineers, this team has been absolutely amazing, even though we rent, they treated us with respect, and were very patient with us, when we had a leak in the ceiling, one call and Lorraine had it sorted, an hour later there they were again to sort the issue.Yesterday Liam fitted a new boiler, he left the kitchen clean and tidy, and took all rubbish with him, he was good enough to go through the controls before leaving (1st class chap) that I would say is very good at his job….give him a raise.So all in all… service is brilliant, 5 stars.Thanks, Matt & Clair Hayward.
Liam, who serviced our boiler and gas fire, was punctual and friendly. He discovered a problem with the flue and kept us in the picture, showing us where the fault lay and what needed doing. Kevin, who subsequently came to fit a new flue, was prompt, efficient and friendly, too. We cannot fault the service we received.
